Donna, I'm sorry to read your comment about the boots. I'm not sure how or why that could be happening. I've contacted support to see if you can return the boots or what the options are for customer satisfaction. They were wonderful when I boxed them and I would never have listed them if I saw an issue with the boots. I am sorry you are unhappy and I'm hoping there's a resolution for this.
