@ddinardi I want to sincerely apologize that the choker was broken when you received it. I did not open the packaging at all, and sent it to you exactly as I bought it. I had no idea that it was broken. Perhaps it broke en route or maybe it was already broken when I purchased it. I don't think there's anything Poshmark can do at this point since it has been beyond 3 days since you received the package, but if it's okay with you, I will mail you a refund in cash for the price of the choker.

@angchuke aw That's so generous of you. Sorry I was kind of pissed bc the shipping was just as much as the necklace. I didn't even get to wear it or try it on, when I took it off the paper it was on it was fine, but when I went to go pick it up to try it on it just broke in my hand...

Almost as if you tried re chaining it and selling it bc it was already broken. But I'll even send you a picture - it's just been sitting on my desk. I could even send you it back but a cash refund would be so much appreciated at this point. Thanks for ur concern

@ddinardi no worries! I absolutely understand your frustration; I would be upset too if I spent money on something that I couldn't even use! I definitely did not intend to send you a faulty product, so I want to make this right. No need to send it back or send pics- keep it and maybe you can rechain it. I will send your refund in the mail tomorrow 😊
