blossomcreek @akkeeton typically you have e to file thru poshmark before you accept the order. go to your order and find the contact poshmark and ask them what to do. tell them your accepted the order before looking at it

akkeeton Learning the hard way 😞 Didn’t realize I had to do anything further after it got here and I just opened the box to use it for a family dinner and thought I should wash and use that and it was in a pieces, the lid was fine. Does the post office provide any insurance do you know?

blossomcreek @akkeeton yes there is insurance thru the post office. I have not ever had to file before. use the shipping label with the tracking number to file I believe. again so so sorry.
