zoomlittlewing Hi Diana, I’ve been arguing with customer support at Poshmark for weeks about my purchase of your Alice + Olivia dress for weeks for a refund to no avail. As I’m hopeful that a fellow Poshmark we who cares about what she sells like me, I’m hoping that you and I can find a way to fix this.

zoomlittlewing The red silk dress you sold me has been shrunk as it was washed a machine. I have no idea how this dress came to your possession originally, if it was already in this state when you came to own it, but it’s very obvious once I received the dress that the silk was no properly cared for. You can see the back seam of the dress lining is hanging given below the outside layers of the dress.

zoomlittlewing The photos you posted didn’t show the bottom back seam lines of the dress, which I couldn’t tell honestly because I assumed your photos showed all angles of it, but now I can tell that the one phot you posted showing the “back” of the dress is actually another photo of the front of the dress taken from underneath while it was hanging off a door. zoomlittlewing $100 is a lot to pay for a dress I cannot wear - I took it to my tailor to because Poshmark told me I was stuck with my purchase to see what he could do and he said it cannot be fixed to fit my specific measurements, it would make the dress way too short for my height! 😢 I would normally never go to this extent to ask this of a seller, but I’m beyond unhappy with my purchase. Can we find a way to work through a return offline together? I’m hoping that you’d be open to doing so.
