jwtmmt080214 @d_rachelle hey🙂 the company says that you have to have the package sent back, in order for me to get my refund? I have been feeling awful the last few days, so my husband brought me to the cancer hospital, in our area. I wasn't thinking when we left, and didn't grab the package.

jwtmmt080214 The $ is leaving me short on my chemo treatment $ now, bc I needed to order myself a bottle of shave cream, bc I can't go without coochy....my skin and feels horrifying, if I use anything else. I only ordered it though, based on the idea that I would have this other $20 in my account. I am sorta panicking.

jwtmmt080214 So have you ever had to do this? I was under the assumption I didn't need to send it back, but they have different protocol. I have no problem sending it back, just don't know if my mom can/will stop what she is doing and go to my house and try to help me. Does it show on your end, like a precise time I have to get it in the mail?

d_rachelle @jwtmmt080214 I'm at work, so I am just now seeing these messages. Yes, it does say you have to send it back and that is fine. Also, in the screenshots I had sent you within the claim, it says that it has to be sent back before you can receive the refund.

d_rachelle You can use some of the coochy if you need to. On my end, it doesn't say anything about a precise time, but I did see something about them emailing you a return label to print so you can send it back

jwtmmt080214 Yeah, I know that🙄, that is why I am worried, also that time is not on my side. I wouldn't care so much, like it's only $20, but $20 is a a lot of $ to me right now. I am up at the cancer hospital, 45min away, very sick, and trying to get my mom to do all this.

d_rachelle @jwtmmt080214 I understand. Trust me, I'm short on cash too, so I can empathize with the stress level. Hopefully your mom will pull through and get it taken care of. If I had the money in hand, I would've already given it back. I do apologize for the headache all this has caused
