vintish2015 @babysydney good evening! since I'm new here at Poshmark I am confused a little...I had someone put an item I had for sale in a " bundle". what does that mean and what do I do, if anything?

babysydney @vintish2015 hi & welcome! A bundle is where you buy more than 1 item from a seller so it all ships together saving on shipping costs. If you added a bundle discount the app will automatically deduct it if it applies to the bundle order (for example, my bundle offer is 15% off 3 items, so if they buy 3 items the app automatically lowers the cost by 15%). babysydney @vintish2015 also, sometimes people make bundles and then do nothing with them. It’s like filling a cart and not buying it. They also sometimes add a single item to their bundle-I think to keep track of it, but you can like it and find it in @youusername that way. If an item is in a bundle someone else can still buy it-it doesn’t hold it or anything.

charles_cullens Hi there question! I had just purchased the August smart lock from you I tried setting it up in my home and it’s saying that the previous owner needs to Grant permission to reset the lock. Otherwise I’m not able to use it

vintish2015 @charles_cullens ok... factory reset has now been approved and you should be all good to go. my husband forgot that when he tested it he went through the set up process to make sure everything worked. thank you for your patience!!
