deneartis @mljinks I'm so sorry I have been trying to figure out how to contact you since last week. Postmark says you have to start the return on your end before I can send you the correct coat. They won't issue me a new label yet. Again I'm sorry.

deneartis @mljinks hello, my hands are tied because postmark sent me an email saying I have to wait till I receive the coat from u then they refund you then I guess they will give me a label. Once I get the package I will gladly send the coat, but I have to wait for postmark to get your address. So I'm waiting, soon as I get it I will let you know 😊

deneartis @mljinks I haven't forgotten.. still waiting on the coat. I've learned my lesson because this process is taking too long. I wish I could call and speak to someone at postmark directly!

deneartis @mljinks hello I just received the coat in the mail yesterday I have the new coat boxed up and ready to go but I need a poshmark label ,did they refund you? Because I'm thinking you have to repurchase it. I did send an email inquiry to poshmark for further assistance I'm waiting on a response

mljinks @deneartis - It’s still marked as sold so I can’t purchase again. They have issued refund bu twill take 12-14 days. Will you let me know if you hear back from your email.

deneartis @mljinks sorry for the late reply had a busy couple of days. Postmark has not responded to me I don't understand why they handle refunds/returns like this. It's totally unacceptable to me! I will try to contact them another way and see what happens.
