emdazzzle @deneangable I have no idea, I’ve never had it happen before either! I know it left the post office because I got a USPS shipping notification. It really must have been lost in the mail because it doesn’t even say “delivered.” So I don’t think it was porch pirates. Maybe we contact customer support?
