marzene68 You have such great style! Are most of your things items you wore yourself? I wonder if you are about my boyfriend's size? He wears a 9.5 shoe, currently wearing about 34 to 33 pant but usually a 32, lol. He's 5'9.5", runner physic. Med coat, dress shirts 16-16.5" neck and 32/33 sleeve. pjgabriel Hi! I just bought a pair of Zegna boots from you. I found that the two pull tugs are of different size. Also the pressure on the heel area is very strange, seems like stepping on a small hard rock. Last but not least, the stitching on the suede and the sole has a lot of exposed threads. Could you please explain them?

deluj201 @pjgabriel hi there. Good question. I am reviewing the photos that I posted. Maybe just point out where I can look. The tugs look the same in the photos. Is one longer than the other? And for the exposed threads on the sole, that appears to be how they were designed. All of the threads are exposed. I cannot not speak to the pressure of the soles. They are crafted leather shoes. That is how they were made.
