luxxprincess Quick question...What type of experience did you have with ordering online with Gucci? I’m asking bc I’ve read lots of horrible review about them and kinda skeptical now. Thinking it may be best to go to retailer. Wondering if I should call and cancel my order. Your feedback would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

nicurn03 @luxxprincess I’ve had a great experience ordering from Gucci online. I actually prefer it because I know the items are authentic lol. Same thing for Louis Vuitton. I just order from the site. You are able to return items within 30days I believe also.

luxxprincess @nicurn03 I’m so scary with purchasing online. I called this morning and canceled my order. Lol! People recently reviewed the online site saying horrible Cst service. Items damaged shortly after purchase and Cst service was unconcerned. I was up all night reading. 😳 I normally purchase Gucci in Saks or so. That way I know I’ll get them on time. Thing is these aren’t in stock. 😔

luxxprincess That make sense. I guess it’s hit or miss, bc done complaints are so bad. I’m like I know I would be furious if that were to happen to me. I may just take a chance. 🤞🏾😂 I haven’t had any issues with ordering online with LV. I bet I’d find bag reviews on them too. Lol
