debwine56 @debmar44 Hahs! I understand! It can be quite overwhelming at first. I recommend you familiarize yourself with Your Guide to Poshmark and Poshmark Etiquette. Just about everything you probably need can be found there, but if you don’t find what you’re looking for, let me know and I can try my best to answer. BTW my grandmother was born in Paris. Small world! I’ve never been there but hope to visit it someday.

debwine56 @debmar44 Oh no! Was it from that person that messaged you about wanting pics on your listing of the boots? I’m so sorry that happened if so! These scammers are getting SO bad about targeting new poshers! If you get anymore, ignore and report them and block them.

debwine56 @debmar44 Ugh! I hate that. I think it’s become so bad I think PM needs to send a notice to all new poshers when they set up their accounts to be aware. Hope it gets better for you! And it will once they figure out you’re not going to fall for it.

debmar44 @debwine56 I have a second person asking me to email pictures. Is this common with PoshMark? I’ve already closed my bank account once and don’t want to deal with that again!

debwine56 @debmar44 It is absolutely all scammers. ☹️ They are only targeting new people who they think might not understand. There’s nothing wrong at all with your pictures. Totally ignore them, report them to Poshmark and block them. There shouldn’t be any way they can get your bank info. I think they’re just trying to get your email. I’m sorry you’re having to deal with this but it should only be temporary as long as you don’t respond.

debwine56 @debmar44 Hmm. Not that I know of. I haven’t ever received any kind of notice like that and I’m not aware of anyone else that has, but I don’t ever really communicate much with anyone except customers. I would recommend you email Poshmark support and ask them about it. Hope you can get a good explanation! Good luck!
