lmart5439 An unfortunate exchange -- my customer received an item that was (unbeknownst to me) Mis-sized. I suggested she make a return because the item was unlike what she expected. I was happy to entertain her return, but she refused, and left me a one star rating on top of it.. completely unreasonable, poor posh etiquette!!
