pro1love Hi David- I don’t know how else to contact you besides this. I ordered the boots which i got today, an 11 women’s which is extra room for thick winter socks. This boot is sized in another country, it’s a much smaller size. I didn’t even have to try them on to tell, can’t wear them at all. You must not have known that it was an American 9-9.5? I need to coordinate with you on a return. I just measured the shoe and it’s small.
