flygirll2016 Hi Daisy this is a Terilyn who you bought the caftan from. I am a bit perplexed by your comment. First I don’t have a cat inside my home. Second, I wash and dry everything the day it goes out so it is freshly clean and smells nice. Third, I spent an hour starching and ironing your caftan. Last, I go over it with a lint brush before folding and wrapping. I care very much about my buyer’s experience. I sincerely apologize.

flygirll2016 Also I do have a Great Pyrenees dog in my home but she doesn’t get on our bed where I folded the caftan, and also I have never had an animal complain in over 150 sales in over two years. I sincerely apologize, and I don’t know how this happened.
