sas317 @crystalena529 Unfortunately we have a difference of opions. I'm a top rated seller with not one mark on my selling with the utmost detail when it comes to customer service. You mean to tell me that for 5 days after you received the item and that I messaged you very politly asking for your help that you never once had a "ding" of a notification to check Poshmark?

sas317 @crystalena529 I understand life happens and I don't care about the money but the sheer principle that you have in your hands the ability to help sellers out and you chose to ignore it. THAT right there is why people are scared to use Poshmark.

sas317 @crystalena529 There is no support that we can call to get things taken care of so you held all the power. Again it comes down to knowing how the entire Poshmark process works. I hope this is a learning lesson for all.

crystalena529 @sas317 I responded to you. I told you I received it. All you had to do, which you didn't do for days, was request that I notified PM it was received. You might be the queen of poshmark, but you were insulting and rude to me. I was willing to be helpful, and did so, even after I saw the very tactless messages you sent to me. This is finished, so you take care.

You asked me a week later to indicate I received it, which I immediately did upon reading your message, 18 hours after you sent. I don't need to be schooled, or spoken to, as if I’m stealing a butter dish. Best of luck.
