theeleganthippy Hi Crystal, I’m confused about the tracking information for your Athleta dress. You should have received it by now. I just wanted to check with you. Did you get this order? If not it might be lost and I need to look into it further. I mailed it out right away and it should have been there at least 5days ago. I hope you are well. ❤️

crystalbwoods @theeleganthippy hi hun, no O haven’t received it yet but I’m on top of it. I’ve called the post office twice , the second time yesterday. It’s addressed properly but they keep losing it on the system. Hopefully in a couple of days they will delivery it. I’ll keep you posted doll, thank you.

theeleganthippy @crystalbwoods Thanks so much. I’m sorry you need to chase this package. It is very unusual. USPS usually does such a fast and neat job. I have a couple of orders to drop off I’ll also ask them on this end but your local post office is the best call in this case for sure. They can only look for a detailed tracking history at my pay office. So sorry for the delay

theeleganthippy @crystalbwoods I checked the details. My USPS rep said that on the 6th this package went to the wrong post office so it got delayed. She also said that they are down with manpower there now big time. More mail than usual and less manpower so it might take a few more days. I just like to know:0) Thank you for your patience. You are so sweet. Buff, and sweet LOL. I do CrossFit but nothing like you:0) ❤️

It will get here soon or later, lol . It’s a post office issue and completely out of our hands. Ps. Crossfit done right is no joke doll, so keep pushing it.. #bossbsbe

theeleganthippy @crystalbwoods I’m glad they updated you. I checked the tracking info and it is saying anything new. Hm. I’m not really sure why they said they have to change a barcode if your address is correct?! I am wondering if all of this is pandemic related. I’m writing to Poshmark now to ask them to step in. They have insurance for different situations. This might be one of them.

theeleganthippy @crystalbwoods That’s good they answered fast. I appreciate their kindness. If they find the package I’m sure they will deliver it to you. USPS doesn’t know that it is cancelled. It is only canceled from Poshmark’s tracking system. There is a chance it will get to you but it might take even weeks. Only in cases when the address is out of reach to deliver or has an error in it they would send it back to me. If they do it I’ll let you know. Thanks you for being so nice and patient about it!!!
