c39swanson @jenimadedesigns question, what happens when 2 people have the same item in their bundle? is it whoever's accepts the offer first will get it? does it mark sold in the other person's bundle offer? thanks

jenimadedesigns @c39swanson Hey there, I hope you’re having a great night! When you have 2 people with the same item in 2 different bundles & you make an offer on both, it will sell to whoever accepts the offer first. Once the item is sold in one bundle the other bundle will automatically be closed & you’ll receive a notification of it closing because a part of it was sold. I hope this helps! Just so I know how to better assist you do you use the Poshmark app on a phone or tablet, or do you use the Poshmark website on a desktop? If you use the app, is your device apple or android? The instructions for certain things are different & I want to make sure I give you the best information I can.

jenimadedesigns @c39swanson I just tested it (which is why you’ll get a notification that I added items to a bundle) you don’t have a bundle discount set up yet. Are you planning on offering a bundle discount, or did you just want to know how to put items in someone’s bundle & make an offer on it? To see how the bundle discount works, go to my closet & add 2 of my listings to a bundle, you’ll see it automatically gives you 20% off.

c39swanson @jenimadedesigns I have the app on my phone and have an android. I want to make a bundle for someone. for example, there are people who like several items, I want to take those likes and make a bundle for them, then offer the discount myself if possible.

jenimadedesigns @c39swanson How to share a user's likes to their Bundle You can start sharing your listings that a user has liked from your closet by: In app Go to your Account Tab Select My Bundles Switch to the Sell Tab Select View Bundle to view a specific Bundle Scroll down to locate @username’s Likes From My Closet Under a listing image, tap the Bundle icon

To send a Bundle offer in app Go to your Account Tab Select My Bundles Switch to Sell Select View Bundle Note: Make sure the Bundle has at least one listing. Select Offer Enter Your Offer and Shipping Discount (optional) Select Submit
