We only moved 50 miles away so I did not expect the forwarding to take this long. If it doesn’t come by Tuesday, I’ll drive back to Birmingham and go to the post office. I’m sorry as I know this is delaying your payment.

I have stayed in contact with the post office (local and national customer support) and as of today was told me to wait a few more days as they are really backed up with forwarded packages. 🙄 I asked when it would be considered lost and was told a claim can be submitted anytime within 15-60 days after purchase. I would still like to have the top but I know you are waiting to get paid so you will have to decide when you want to file the claim. I am so sorry!
