We in turn have access, at that point, to see sizing info & we send links to our items accordingly that we think would be good matches. roguekhaleesi @cookieusa The wig is in really bad shape. I have the others in the collection and working with wigs is part of my job so I have had many synthetic and human wigs that need lots of TLC, but this one has knots so deep they might require cutting.

I'm especially sad because you are so sweet and such a joy to work with. I would love if we could figure something out, if I can't salvage this it will be part of my savings in the trash. 😥

roguekhaleesi @cookieusa That is why I wanted to see if there is some compromise we could come to. I understand needing the money. But the unit has giant knots throughout, more than I can count. They are the largest near the cap as if it was teased near the cap.

roguekhaleesi @cookieusa Some of the knots are hair that has come out of the cap and is knotted around hair still attached. The ends also look fried. I am happy to try and get the knots out, it is going to take hours to work with and the ends are going to have to be cut because it looks fried as if too high of heat was used to style.

roguekhaleesi I just want both parties to walk away happy. The other units from this line are smooth and soft, this one feels like frizzy straw from the midlength to the ends. I have products specifically for this type of wig and tricks I can try that we use when salvaging wigs, but quite a bit of it is in bad shape.

roguekhaleesi @cookieusa I absolutely hate having to come to you like this, but I really want to find a compromise. This is the 1st time I have ever had an issue on this site and I'd much rather find a way to resolve this. Maybe we can arrange a partial refund to decrease the price. I just purchased the pink wig from someone on another site and not only was it in perfect condition, but I payed less for it. Please work with me, I only want to find a way that we both come out happy.

roguekhaleesi @cookieusa I would rather work something out. I have been working with the wig and have half the knots out. I am going to soak it in a mixture we use to detangle and smooth synthetic hair. Then I will trim the ends. I would love to see the extensions you have so you can still keep the sale and not lose out on the money. I understand being ill and having to change your whole life. I have multiple chronic illnesses.
