Hi! I'm Colleen. I love clothes!!! I especially love White House Black Market. My favorite store. I also love Hawthorne 41, Kut From the Cloth, Wit & Wisdom, Maggie London and Eliza J. The clothing I am selling is in excellent condition. There might be a few items I have worn more than others and I try to post pictures of any wear. My clothing feels like a part of me, so when you buy it I am sending you a little piece of me, but I have way to many clothes so I have to say goodbye

chichimama58 @pmk1010 Hi Paula I have contacted customer support and asked them to refund you the difference. I'm not sure what happened- but there was an offer and I would like to honor that offer. I do not charge your card -poshmark does. I recommend that you contact customer support as well-sometimes they require that the customer contact them personally with problems with payment. - I'm so sorry, Colleen

chichimama58 @pmk1010 I did hear back from customer support and it looks like you used the order option instead of accept offer, which would bypass the discount. Whenever you are offered a discount you would click on accept offer , or counter offer to complete the transaction and receive the discount. I'm so sorry. Poshmark has a no refund policy, but if see anything you like on my closet I would give you a discount and free shipping to compensate. I hope you like the top. Thank you for your purchase
