We are two sisters who recently bought a house with our parents (& her husband) in order to both care for our mom (who has Parkinson's) & allow me to seek treatment for Lyme disease. Having the opportunity to live together as adults has brought us so close that we thought we'd do this together too! My sister and I started our closet after moving in together (with our parents and her husband 🤤, to create a support system for our mom who has Parkinson's and me, diagnosed with a chronic illness) and saw how much stuff we had accumulated that we really needed to let go of.
