I bought this for my mom (she is elderly) and she doesn’t want to go to the hardware store to find the matching screw size that will fit the top and hardware due to COVID, so she would prefer a refund. emmiebinks @lythao101 I in no way would go to a store either! (Overly overly cautious here). I had to go back and look at my pics of the item to recall what it was you were saying you were missing). As I did, it occurred to me.. the top part (that is thin and you pick the top up with once it’s assembled) has tiny thread on it. It twists directly into the lid, no hardware required.

Could you please confirm with poshmark that you are open to giving me a refund? It is only fair that the seller refunds the purchase if the item received did not include all parts. Thank you

lythao101 Hello, could you send me a refund on the item that you sold me (for my mother)? She cannot use it without the missing screw. I’ve contacted poshmark and would appreciate a response from you about your willingness to issue a refund. The food warmer costs $40 (shipping included) and it is not usable without the missing screw. I would hope that as a seller, you would stand 100% behind the item that you sell based on the description that you provide to the poshmark community.
