How you get them, click on the word "Followers" under the big picture on anyone's page. There, you'll find thousands to click on & follow, they will follow back. Sharing, if you want Poshers to share your items, then you must share theirs. I share four items per follower. This gets your shares up on becoming a Posh Ambassador II for even more extras.
