yajairahoman Hello I purchased some knee high boots from you over a week ago. You failed to put my apartment number so the post office sent the boots back. The money was taken out of or account however I NEVER received them. I hope you’ve received them by now which you should have and re send them to me and add my apartment number. Thank you.

caspinwall @yajairahoman This would be an issue to look at on your end or with Poshmark customer service. They send the shipping label once the purchase goes through from the information on your account. I did not make up the shipping label myself. I have not received any return shipment at this point but I will keep a lookout. Check your account here on Poshmark to make sure your address is entered correctly as the shipping labels are made from this information automatically.

yajairahoman @caspinwall I’ve contacted them. Since the day I should have received the boots. I guess it’s a long process of the waiting game. I’ve received different shipments from poshmark and it’s gotten to my apartment no problem. I don’t understand what happened here. Hopefully it gets taken care of soon. I have verified and my address is correct including my apartment number. Again hopefully this is all taken care of soon.
