chyozamp Hi Christine, Hi there, I just wanted to give you a “heads up” that it looks like I need to file a claim with USPS for not receiving the coral vase filler. It made it to my post office & was on track to be delivered over a week ago, last Wed, but this (& another package) never made it to me. It says it was “delivered to agent” for final delivery(?), but was never delivered to me. I’ve been to our post office 3x but they are not able to find it. Just wanted to let you know.

christineess @chyozamp I looked it up through the USPS, a new notification indicates that it was delivered (again) on 11/27/21 at 4:17pm in Honolulu, HI 96816 to a "Parcel locker". The tracking number is 940551120261142059265. Please let me know if you need any other info. Sorry again this has been such a hassle for you.

chyozamp Oh no! I just saw on my Poshmark purchase summary that my order with you was just cancelled today for some reason, but I never cancelled it on my end… did you get your money or do I need to repay you somehow?

chyozamp Hi Christine, I just saw that Poshmark did refund me today for my order, that I did just receive. I have reached out to them to see how they can reverse the refund so that you get the money for it, or what they need me to do to ensure you get paid.

christineess @chyozamp thanks so much for your messages, you are awesome! I received a note from Poshmark indicating that because I did ship it and it was lost in transit they were going to credit both accounts meaning you would get your money back and I would be able to keep the amount paid. They offer a guarantee both ways so that’s good news in the future if ever some thing does truly get lost.
