hanatan23 Hello, I realized I switched your order with another customer, she received your palette and I sent you her bow ties by accident. I apologize. Can you please not open the package and press problems/order inquiry I believe and say you received the wrong item. Poshmark will eventually send you a new label and a new label to the other customer and you guys will ship each other the packages through the post office. I apologize for the inconvenience.
