The shoes are 100% authentic. May I ask why you think they are not? I'm contacting Tory Burch's website for the receipt. I'm really confused as why you would think that.

The shape is warped and they feel cheap. They remind me of a flat I have from Target. The detail strip around the top is rough and the patent leather feels like vinyl. This shoe retails very high and the quality would be impeccable Sorry

I can understand how that is upsetting to you. I was following the options listed on the website. I am an avid shopper and purchase at many price points. It simply does not appear to be at the standard a nearly $300 shoe (retail).

In my opinion they do not seem up to the standards of a shoe at this price point. I did my best to send supporting pictures, it is difficult with out having them directly in front of you. I do not believe you sold them intentionally as anything other then you describe. I wish you no ill will, I just feel justified in requesting a return.

Although my statement implies I believe them to not be authentic, As I stated before I will not leave feedback for you that is not favorable. Since it does not appear you wore the shoes you may not have examined them closely

@cysmith66pm thank you for clarifying you believe I'm selling counterfeit items. Even though I have given you the receipt of when I bought them directly from Tory Burch. At this time, you know your statements to be false. Yet you continue to say them on a public forum. This constitutes libel.

I'm mad because I've SHOWN you the receipt/email of purchase, yet you seem to still think ToryBurch.com sent me fake shoes. Ok? I've submitted the receipt to them. I know they will side with you, they always do. I've been here 4 years, and you are finally the tipping point for me. Thanks. I've just been diagnosed with something and have a 1 year old, so I really don't have time for this insanity right now.
