susanfnolan I am contacting you before registering a problem/inquiry as per your request. The blue topaz ring I received looks different from its Poshmark listing. On Poshmark, the silver looks whitish and the ring looks handcrafted. The ring I received looks and feels like stainless steel and looks machine made. It is dark and shiny. I would like to return the ring and be refunded for purchase price and shipping. Thank you, Susan Nolan

trinketry @susanfnolan Hi, it's definitely the same ring and should be stamped with .925 inside the band indicating that it's sterling silver, but it's still no problem to return it. Do you still have the envelope with my address?

trinketry Hi, I've never done a return on Poshmark before and I've been looking over their rules and I think you have to file a request on your end for a return. There's no way to do it on my end, unfortunately.

I have contacted Poshmark because in delaying to file a problem/inquiry and contacting you as per your request, and in texting with you for the past two days, I believe I may have exceeded the time allotted to request a refund. I would appreciate it if you would Please contact Poshmark to resolve this issue, as I am unable to do so at this point and the ring is on its way back to you as per our conversations yesterday and today.
