thejamandjayne @mechelleodom40 the amount of time required to cancel an order hasn’t gone by yet but I encourage you to open a case if you are unhappy (: The holiday weekend and other factors go into dealing with the post office, and occasionally it is delayed and has even been lost before. I have always been able to figure out the issue and move forward accordingly so I also encourage you to not jump to conclusions with no evidence, but instead work together to solve the problem.

I'm not a petty person. and far from a Karen. but I do believe in doing what you say you're going to do and being honest with ppl.
