bkza @chereefranco I clicked on ‘my sales’ and then clicked on the item. From there, underneath the shipping status, I could select Problem/Customer Support or something like that.

havemycake @bkza No!!! I emailed customer service 3 days ago. They sent me a form email yesterday saying it would take them awhile to actually respond. That's as far as I've gotten.

havemycake Actually, just got a response. They say you haven't shipped the order, and that I can cancel. But I know you're saying you shipped it, and it shows shipped under my purchases as well, but not delivered. Argh! So frustrating! Maybe you should check in on your end and let them know it's shipped?
