Thank you for the purse, itโs nice. But Iโm having trouble with the inside zipper, itโs really stuck and itโs noticeable that it has been stuck for a long time because you can see the discoloration of the patina from the metal! Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

@rosalielopresti Glad you like it. As far as the zipper goes, I am unsure. I always used the middle to keep my medical pouch in, so I always left the zipper open. My apologies. If you still want to keep the purse, I can issue a partial credit/refund.

@rosalielopresti I also recommend looking up โzipper stuck on fabric purseโ on google; there seems to be a few suggestions on how to get it loose.

@rosalielopresti oh I would too! So sorry I didnโt realize it was stuck like that. Talk about being oblivious ๐ My girlfriend said sheโs done the winded trick and itโs helped; just might take a few tries and some patience lol Just a reminder youโll have to finish the purchasing process by accepting the item.
