mmmila Are you sure you are measurung the insole? The insole was 9inches. If you look up women's sz 5 shoe lengths, the insole should measure just under 9inches. It's a standard sz 5 shoe size.

mmmila I just looked on the ugg size chart as well. They should be just under 9inches, and the size is marked. I'm not sure why the low star rating due to fit.

coffeegirl18 @mmmila I measured the shoe from toe to sole and it measures 10 inches. Nevertheless I was told that ugg does run big. The shoe is defenetly big for being a size 5. I will change the rating because you did deliver it fast and the shoe is still nice , I just can't use them

mmmila @coffeegirl18 but did you measure toe to sole inside? ( not the bottoms)? That was the insole measurement provided. We have always found Uggs to run small. My daughter is now in a 7 but hers Uggs are an 8. Ours strange that they're too big. I am very sorry they do not fit. They're such nice shoes. 😔
