The shoes pictured is what you received. No additional cleaning was performed or promised. These are preowned and were priced accordingly. What was different than what was pictured? Thank you for the reply.

@myjoyfamily WOW, Sorry. I was just surprised by the deep color of the soles that’s all. I understand you didn’t promise any cleaning. I don’t think threatening to leave a negative note on my board is necessary.

@cathgut hello, there is no threats ever from us. We want happy buyers and accept returns if the item fails to meet its description. The soles were not pictured so not sure what was unclean...these were worn. Hope you enjoy them.
