menageatrice Hey Cass! We are super Francophiles and often rent an apartment in Paris in the summer. It's our favorite city! We're going back sometime in the next year after pandemic constraints are fully finished. I've heard they're opening the borders to Americans on June 9th! We're having trouble finding an apartment though, most were taken off the market when Covid hit. Where do you live now? And welcome to Posh!

It is I agree a beautiful place especially Paris❤️ I am from the French Alps a ski resort called Courchevel and tried to be back as much as I can but you are right since the pandemic it has been hard. I live now in Arizona very different but very enjoyable during the winter. Where are you from?

menageatrice @mademoiselcass Oh gosh, I've lived all over the U.S. But I and my kids are 4th and 5th generation Californians, my great grandfather was one of the earliest settlers in the big agricultural belt and wine country that runs through the center of CA. For my profession (concert pianist /college professor) I've lived in New York, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Maryland, Tennessee, Illinois, then back to California! Two years ago my husband and I retired to Pennsylvania, near my daughter and her family.
