norra80 Hello there, you just purchased a cute lulu skirt from my store for $45. As I was packing it to ship, I noticed a small snag in the back top ruffle. It’s quite small but I wanted to make you aware. I would like to send you $5 with your skirt to make up for this. I made a duplicate listing and posted a few pictures so check it out and if your still interested, I’ll ship it out Monday along with $5. norra80 You purchased the purple lulu skirt from me. I was selling for a teammate and did not see the damage you mentioned when I shipped it out. I am very sorry about this as I strive to send out good items free of damage or at least advise prior to of any potential issues. This one slipped through. I’m not sure if your able to request a return but I would gladly refund you if you are able to somehow send the skirt back. Again I’m very sorry about this.

norra80 It may be tricky as I think you are supposed to do prior to the initial rating. Will work with you best I can to get remedied. You may have to reach out to Poshmark support.

norra80 Casey, I reached out to Poshmark and because you accepted the item and gave initial rating, they released funds and it was no longer available for a refund. Because of this I’m not sure how to remedy the situation. Please let me know if you have any better luck with Poshmark.

norra80 I had an instance where I had ordered a pair of shoes that were men’s size but they were listed as women but I accepted and I had rated and didn’t realize until later. Poshmark did ultimately refund me and allowed me to keep the item so maybe that will happen? One way or another, I’ll do my best to work with you.
