slgullo Hi Carolyn. I wanted to reach out to you regarding the Coach handbag you purchased from me. Poshmark sent me the wrong shipping label and your package was sent to another person in Texas which has nothing to do with your purchase. I have reached out to Poshmark support to have them contact the party that received your bag and have them return it me. I provide excellent customer service and am humiliated that this happened to you. Poshmark has to resolve this issue and I hope immediately.

slgullo @cmallen26 I am going to cancel the order so that you can receive your money back . If and when the bag is returned to me/Poshmark by the person who received it in Fort Worth Texas . I will relist the bag again. I am truly sorry for this situation. I am hoping that the person in Texas will do the right and honorable thing by returning the bag to the post office. I will be in touch with you with any updates.
