carols_place @smithnatty where do you see that it was sent back to us? The tracking shows it left Pontiac Michigan on April 18. We mailed it right away on April 15th. I sent a message to Poshmark asking them to help track it. The last USPS update I see is from April 22. We used the Poshmark shipping label and mailed it in April 15. That’s all we know at this time. I’m sorry for the delay but it is completely out of our hands.

carols_place @smithnatty I believe you are mis-reading that. The last update is April 25, 5:44PM The line above states the USPS was awaiting the item in Pleasant Prairie. The latest update is at the top of the page. Th e only thing I can suggest is for you to open a case with Poshmark. We have already done so and are awaiting a reply.

carols_place @smithnatty we will have to be patient and let Poshmark resolve this. There is nothing I can do. I looked at the shipping info again. The package left Pleasant Prairie on April 15 and has not been sent back here. You are mis-reading the tracking. I am sure we will have a resolution from Poshmark soon.
