caseym212 I see you’re new to Poshmark. It’s important to note that offering $25 on a $100 listing is not appropriate on this site. Offers should be in the 90% range of a list price. Unless the description says the price is firm; then it is only appropriate to buy the item outright, no offers to be sent for those items.

carnitos @caseym212 are you the Poshmark police or something? the system allows for it so whose to say one can't. in fact, many low ball offers have been accepted in the past. If you don't like it then don't accept it, it's as simple as that.
