carlieposh91 @lugue ...yes? we live up in Montana and we don't live next to our mailboxes and it's bitter cold out. My husband picks our mail up on his way home from work and still isn't home yet and I'm inside with our baby. I always get things rated same day however. So as soon as he gets our mail and gets home with it I'll get it pushed through but it was delivered to our parcel box from what I can see and "signed" for by the mail carrier when she put it in

Hmm if its white/cream canvas or leather, and has the monogram printed on it, you could try a couple things! depending on the severity you could use Shout wipes on it, and honestly Magic Erasers work like a dream! just make sure it's only lightly wet/wrung out completely after wetting! And work in small areas/press lightly so you can gauge how its working!

carlieposh91 @mogiep the only thing I'd say on the magic eraser is to make sure you test an area/a small area first to see how much/what color its lifting! It works wonders on my LV Siricusa Azur PM!!

carlieposh91 @mogiep Also! The shout wipes can be used on fabric, I've cleaned up white and black fabric ballet flats before with them!! You can also find good cleaners on Amazon! I buy and use professional grade leather cleaner and conditioner, but you can find very similar/the same strength on there as well!! I hope you get it cleaned up nice!! 🤗💕

It'll be in the first details of the written description when stating what's included, if anything! I'd say about 99% of my items will be permanently converted aside from the occasional card holder wallet I restore or an already crossbodied bag occasionaly if I can get them! :)
