@susanhb hi! Whoops sorry I didn’t see these messages before I shipped. I was crazy busy and just saw the email/ label come through so wanted to ship ASAP. Some of the leather still has the paper wrap on since it’s never been used. Yes of course the zip pouch is included :)

@maxismom thanks for finally responding; I appreciate that you’ll accept the return... it’s been incredibly frustrating as a buyer to have a seller out of contact since my purchase, no acknowledgment of my purchase for over 24hrs... this has been a stressful Posh experience and I’ve been Poshing for years. Just no excuses for ignoring your buyer!
