I had the garnet cleaned, as I always do, and they advised me they had an internal ‘hiccup’ and would let me know by today if they were able to fix it. I apologize for the delay but I always want to deliver the highest quality.

camillebaile326 @pbogner49 Again, I’m sorry for your disappointment. The dress was damaged by the Cleaners whilst having it laundered. The silk lining was torn. I’m happy to still send the dress to you, as is, for just cost of the shipping & handling. Please let me know if this works for you. If not, please feel at ease to cancel the order. Happy to extend a discount to you on a future purchase.
