y_wynne Hi Camille, I just read your comment and I apologize for the experience you had. Im reaching out to Poshmark customer service as to why you would be charged $20 by the post office when I know the box itself doesn't weigh more than 5lb. Again, I'm so sorry that you had to pay extra. I will let you know when I hear from Poshmark. Thanks!

y_wynne @cammyharris hi there! So, Poshmark customer service got back to me and they said that the maximum combined length and girth of the box is 108". Meaning the combined measurement of the longest side and the distance around the thickest part can’t be more than 108" per USPS. If you still have the box, would measure that it doesn't exceed the requirement. I'm pretty certain it doesn't.
