keystyle @caitlinleft I’m so very sorry for the mixup. I tagged you in a message under the original listing promptly just as soon as I found out on the 27th- hoping you would see it right away. So sorry you weren’t home, I was worried this might happen (with the holiday). I also sent Poshmark 2 messages right after I sent your msg- and they sent me a msg that they would reach out to you by email (?) about the return process.

keystyle I’m wondering if you might want to reach out to them as well, to explain this situation? I really would like to give you a refund and / or get to you your original order w/free shipping. I was hoping Poshmark would have at least held off on the auto delivered status, since they knew (by me) that you received the wrong item.

keystyle @caitlinleft Any luck with Poshmark issuing a return/ refund? If they can’t do it, let me know. I will be getting your jeans back from the other buyer probably sometime this week. And my idea was to send you the jeans (out of pocket) w/ a refund of what you paid enclosed (to help make up for this situation).

Would you like to proceed with your plan on Monday if I haven’t gotten an answer by then? I really appreciate you working so hard to fix the situation.

caitlinleft @keystyle Its taking about 2-3 days in between emails, so I don't have a final answer yet. On Dec 5th they asked for a picture of the pants, which I sent right away. I have not heard anything back yet.
