epick1978 Ok I don’t know what happened but I returned those shoes to ups store in March 19 to be returned to u. Got a email from Poshmark saying u never got them returned to u yet . That’s isn’t true !! I’m Checking the tracking # now and see where the shoes r right now. If this is a mix up I’m sorry but please let me know what’s going on . Ty

epick1978 @caitlinmarie15 yea I did I have the tracking # and everything. Im so sorry for the mix up I don’t know what happened!! I returned at the ups store in Weaverville NC. On March 19 The tracking # is c1420082019405510899359702011703USPS Says the ups store #7008 Weaverville NC.

epick1978 Ok just checked the tracking # says it was delivered ...just says Chicago Illinois and is available for pickup . So guess it was delivered to whatever return label address I was given . Maybe they sent it back to ups store. I don’t know how it works when a item is returned or where it is returned all I know is I used the return label and sent it . So it’s was delivered to Chicago Illinois and says last updated at 12:30. Please check tracking # your shoes have been delivered.

epick1978 @caitlinmarie15 ok I did that just now and we will figure this out ! I’m so sorry I don’t know how this happened. It’s ok I know they weren’t your shoes so u didn’t know. They where yellowish on the bottom of the shoes where it should have been white . Looks really weird cuz the shoe is so white so made the shoe look really bad . And there where stains and scuffs ! Thank u for understanding I’m sorry again for the confusion we will get this handled ASAP.

epick1978 Ok I went to the ups store just now and it is otw to u, should be there any day now . it was sent through usps and the tracking # I got was right but had to take off the 1st two #’s for some reason. I have never done this before and I’m so so sorry I don’t know what happened . . Well the tracking # is 420082019405510899359702011703.

epick1978 So u can check the tracking too if it hasn’t got to u yet but should be there any day now . Talk with Poshmark support and they know what’s going on too . So there should be no problem with that part . Can’t tell u how sorry I am that it’s taking so long . Did everything they said bout the return , printed shipping label and sent it . They said this happens a lot but u should be getting the return any day now! Hope all is good with u sorry for the mixup

caitlinmarie15 Hi I emailed poshmark as well. Im really really confused at this point. I just checked the tracking number that you just posted and it say's "awaiting item" in WEAVERVILLE, NC. It's saying that the label was created on march 16th but it was never recieved by the usps - never was dropped off. I than removed the first two numbers and It says not found.

epick1978 @caitlinmarie15 ok I was at ups today and what happened was I forgot to take off the 1st label that was on the box that u sent and put another on the box . So they scanned the label with the tracking # I got from Poshmark then when it got to usps they scanned your label that u sent to me . So it’s under the tracking # u sent to me . I don’t have that # . But it should be at your house any day . The lady at ups if finding out where it is and letting me know tomorrow

epick1978 @caitlinmarie15 if u can tell me the tracking # that u used to send it to me that’s what it’s under or u can look it up and let me know where it is ..Its definitely otw to your house tho cuz we looked at the address it was sent to . Please let me know if u look it up or can u send me the tracking # that was used to send to me . Going to email Poshmark now and see if they can track it by the old tracking #.

It was sent to your address but the shipping tracking # was used because I forgot to take off the original label so it had both labels on the box the shipping and return label on them. There going to tell me tomorrow at ups if it was delivered or not . Can u give me the shipping tracking # so we can figure out where the shoes r exactly or u can look it up . Ty

epick1978 I’m going crazy trying to fine these shoes but we know there otw to your address just can’t confirm anything till we get that shipping tracking #. Wrote Poshmark there supposed to be looking it up for me but takes forever to here anything back !! Went to ups store where I sent them and there trying to get that tracking #. They said it should just show up at your house cuz its only got your address on the box .
