erilove3 Hi u purchased Smashbox palette the 26th - I'm contacting u bc I had 2 sales the same day and my customer had told me she hasn't received her pkg. I filed a "Missing mail " report w/ her pkg .so I just got a msg from POSH saying I need to send your pkg ?!?! I'm like? I did , unfortunately same thing theirs No update on ur tracking so it's almost like it's lost at my Post Office bc it hasn't been scanned so I'm going in tomorrow and talking with them bc NOW I have 2 pkg that are MIA?

erilove3 Sorry this has happened but I 100% dropped off BOtH pkgs & NEither has been scanned in the tracking system. I have no clue bc this is the first time out of soooo many sales this happened. But I will touch base with/u tomorrow
