swingle0497 the funds have left my bank acct. so when I get the prepaid label to send your items back, I will. I have told you twice the item you sent me was broken then you make this comment "when I get my stuff back in one piece". Poshmark has pics of the broken item. @annna1315 is this the same thing she told you to do? send back the broken lamps? I'm just curious if she is going to make it look like we broke her stuff when we sent it off. She's the trying to make money sending people broken stuff.

annna1315 @swingle0497 @brittanypayn354 just told me to ship them back and posh sent me a pre-paid label to my email that i printed to do so! Again, idk if the lamps are broken or just the bulbs they came with (and bulbs i tried with them) because I may not have the correct bulbs.

annna1315 @swingle0497 but i would just say ship your trays back even if broken (because you documented they arrived as such) because once you do so they will immediately refund your lamps purchase. I plan to do the same with the lamps.

annna1315 @swingle0497 also posh (in my experience) usually sides with the buyer about broken items bc they may have been broken in transit. Either way tho, you received the wrong thing and thats been accepted by posh as what happened so you are fully covered by posh protect for a refund if you just return to the seller what you received (regardless of condition)

annna1315 @swingle0497 did you open a case when you first received the trays? If so, check the status and see if it says “under review” or “resolved” and if it says resolved check the email you signed up with posh with because they should have sent you a prepaid label to send the trays back to the seller
