cattaleeya Hello I just purchased the SO Kate's a few days ago from you. The authenticity doesn't check out. The heel is completely different from the ones at Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms. Also the stitching on the back of the heel is not comparably accurate in comparison. I believe I was duped. These need to be refunded. How do we do so?

cattaleeya @bullsbay1 I did look at all your other Louboutin and they appear like the real deal. The give away that I didn't notice the first time in the pics of the SO Kate's is the heel has no curve at the upper pprtion on the red side. It straight up and down.
