tarneckyl Hi, As you are my Posher, I am coming to you for advice. I was looking at my stats and saw a moderator removed listing and don't know what that is or who to ask. I am afraid to list anything else until I know what I did wrong. Please help. Louise Tarnecky

bsbitsnbaubles @tarneckyl hi there! i believe that is when there is a listing that they feel goes against their policies. they shouldve sent you an email to let you know it was removed and give you a chance to appeal that decision if you feel it was in error. Does it say what the item was? if so, let me know and i will research further to see if the item wasnt allowed. if they sent an email, they will let you know their reasoning behind the removal.

bsbitsnbaubles @tarneckyl hmmm 🤔 not sure how to figure it out. i would say check your spam folder for an email from them in case it went there. I have heard they will delete listings that are using stock photos instead of their own, as well as anything on their list of prohibited items. Best thing will probably contact a moderator. i will see if i can find contact info for you

bsbitsnbaubles You can send them an email at: support@poshmark.com and ask them what item was removed by moderator and why. I wish i could help more...not sure if my last answer was too long or if it all came through for you. If i can be of any further help, let me know! hope they can give you a resolution to this!

bsbitsnbaubles @tarneckyl did my last message go through with their support email address? that will probably be the best route to take. If it makes you feel any better, i had an toy dinosaur flagged on eBay once, the only violation on their list i could find was "animal". i appealed it by assuring them i wasnt selling a live dinosaur 🤣 so it could just be a word got flagged but item isnt actually in violation.

bsbitsnbaubles @tarneckyl try this... ▪︎open Posh app on your phone ▪︎click on your closet icon in bottom right corner ▪︎scroll down and click on Poshmark Support Center ▪︎click on Contact Poshmark there will be a form to fill out and submit hope that helps!
