seasonsofstyle I'm in Anniston, so I'd appreciate it. I hate playing tax on here! for years we didn't have to, and shipping used to be 5.95, so yeah those were the good ol' days ! for instance tax and shipping added right under $10 to the purse. That's why $5 shipping can sell items...

seasonsofstyle ok i thought most likely i was not remembering correctly. so I went ahead with the purchase, But after the fact I saw that shipping had not been discounted. Buyers do not have the ability to cancel purchases thru offers.
