@duranredondo Have you received anything from Poshmark about opening a “received wrong item” case? When I notified them they said they were sending you information about opening one. It is their procedure for working out returns and refunds. If you haven’t received anything let me know and I will try other means to contact them and resolve this.

@duranredondo I don’t have the power to refund it personally or I would have immediately. I am on your side. As I stated in the last message they were supposed to send you something to open a refund if they haven’t done it we need to escalate it with them because their system isn’t working. I truly wish it was up to me to refund you but their system doesn’t allow for it. I will send them a message and try to get to the bottom of it.
